Sammy Lee has been playing the harmonica for half his life - 35 of his 70 years. What might be more surprising is the powerful and loving connection formed five years ago between Sammy and then 12-year old Ray Goren. From the moment they met, there was a special bond that defies age and other barriers. Ray refers to Sammy as his Uncle - and Sammy always gets a good laugh from the audience when he says, "Don't me and my nephew look a lot alike?" Sammy says, "Ray has a whole lot of soul for a young man and he plays with a feeling - he plays what he feels!" They have shared their music up and down the west coast from California to Oregon and on to Chicago and Memphis. The chemistry is always there. Sammy and Ray rock the blues!
