She dances with street music through half of Europe, plays classical crossfloete, saxophone, drums and sings. At 19, she buys an old Hanomag bus, where she lives and rocks with various bands, including "Moonrose". There are several vinyl discs, which are also nationwide attention. Pregnant shortly thereafter, it will be quiet for 15 years to Maggie. Only occasionally does she sing at festivals such as Rock am Ring and the Loreley. In 1994 she was engaged as a singer by the WDR in Koeln for a Led-Zeppelin project, where she met the drummer Gerhard Sagemueller. The two founding KOZMIC TWO.
Gerhard Sagemueller (Guitar, percussion, vocal):
Born and raised in Cologne, Germany, his professional career starts as a hard rock drummer with the band Knall at the age of 18. The scene gets attentive and engages him over the next 20 years for touring, studio, radio and TV. He drums u.a. for artists like Joe Cocker, Drafi Deutscher, Wolf Maahn, Ina Deter, Purple Schulz, Anne Haigis and Schroeder Roadshow. He participates in more than 2000 concerts and a huge amount of LP's and CDs. As a producer, he works for the WDR and several large Koelner recording studios from the mid-90s. After he suffers a crash at the stage in 1996, he takes advantage of the six-year illness-related break and learns to play the acoustic guitar and soon founds Maggie Mackenthun KOZMIC TWO.
Justus Sagemueller (bass):
Cellist, bassist, guitarist, band-physicist, and equipped with many other talents, he played for several years again and again with Kozmic Blue. Due to the severe illness of Claeusel Quitschau, he is a permanent member of the band since 2012 and more than just a substitute.
