StarReminder is a Reminder Scheduling Software that you can easily use as an electronic calendar, task organizer, daily planner, alarm clock and birthday reminder. You can have reminders, alerts for specific dates and times. With the advanced (but easy to user) scheduling options you can setup recurring reminders (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.).

You can add on-screen notifications, e-mail delivered reminders and sound alerts. You can even make StarReminder to automatically perform computer tasks for you, for example, to run a program and log off, shutdown or restart Windows at specific days or times.
If you travel a lot, or use computers both at home and work, you can take StarReminder with you. We have made StarReminder able to install on a flash USB disk so that you can take it with you and run it on any computer that you visit.

Search view:

Weekly Planner notification
A screen notification can be scheduled to popup every week. The next seven days planner can be viewed on screen or printed directly to the default printer. Select 'Preferences > General > Show weekly planner..." to setup the popup notification.
Security Lock operation
When working on an multitudinous enviroment (eg. your company's office) you may not want your notifications or reminder data to be exposed and displayed to other people while you are away from you desk.
Therefore StarReminder can be locked to prevent that. Right click on the Tray Icon and select "Lock" or from the main window select "File > Lock". All StarReminder's windows are closed and for any pending notifications you are informed via a balloon hint, which pops from the Tray Icon.
Click on the Tray Icon to unlock StarReminder. If a password is set, it will be required to unlock it.
Move "Completed" Tasks to Trash preference
A slider control added, which can be set from "at once" to "after 30 days". Setting the "at once" value all completed Tasks are immediately moved to Trash.
Application Telemerty
To help improve StarReminder, you can anonymously send usage statistics to us.The data guide us to enhance what you use the most. The data sent is minimal. Broadly, we send things like startup time, most used features, software crashes, operating systems,screen resolutions. No personal information is sent. You have the option not to consent, in the users' Preferences dialog
