MailTags - plugin for Mail.app, with which you can add tags to any email message: priorities, project dates, comments, smart folders and mail rules that you can use to search using Spotlight. For example, you can create a smart box in which there will be all messages related to the "Development" project, which have a period of time in the next three days.
