Description:
Media Player Classic Home Cinema is a convenient multimedia player in all aspects. It is built on the basis of the classic Media Player Classic player and one of the best sets of media codecs ffdshow, and thanks to this it can play many video and audio file formats without installing external codecs. This player has a large number of different functionalities: it can play DVDs, can decode the popular H.264 format in hardware on the latest generation video cards, can work correctly with a second monitor (TV), supports various types of subtitles, can work with QuickTime and RealVideo formats etc.

Feature Overview:
Many people don't seem to be aware of some of the great features that have been added to MPC-HC in recent years. Below is a list of useful options and features that everyone should know about:
Playing HDR video
To do this, you need to use MPC Video Renderer (MPCVR) or madVR.
Once installed, these HDR-enabled renderers can be selected here:
Options > Playback > Output
If you use other renderers, the colors will be incorrect!
I recommend installing the K-Lite Codec Pack. It includes MPC-HC and renderers in one easy-to-use package.
MPCVR is also available as a separate download скачать below. MPCVR supports Dolby Vision. MadVR does not support.

You can also change the height of the search bar and the size of the toolbar buttons.

Setting playback speed
Menu > Playback > Playback speed
The player buttons that control playback speed are in 2x increments by default. This step can be changed to a smaller value (eg 10%):
Options > Playback > Speed Step
Adjusting the playback speed works best with the internal audio renderer. It also features automatic pitch correction.
Options > Playback > Output > Audio Renderer
MPC-HC can remember the playback position, so you can resume playback from that point later
Options > Player > History
You can quickly view the video using Ctrl + Mouse Scrollwheel.
Moving to the next/previous file in a folder is carried out using the PageUp/PageDown keys.
You can perform automatic actions at the end of the file. For example, move to the next file or close the player.
Options > Playback > After Playback (permanent setting)
Menu > Playback > After Playback (current file only)

You can loop a portion of the video. Press the [ and ] buttons to set start and stop markers.
Rotate/flip/mirror/stretch/zoom video

This is also easy to do using hotkeys (see below).
There are many hotkeys and mouse actions to control the player. They can also be customized.

Tip: There is a search box above the table.
You can stream videos directly from Youtube and many other video sites
Place the yt-dlp.exe file in the MPC-HC installation folder.
You can then open website URLs in the player: Menu > File > Open File/URL

Tip: For the best download скачать quality with yt-dlp, it is recommended to also put ffmpeg.exe to the MPC-HC folder.
Several YDL configuration options are found here: Options > Advanced
Among these is the option to specify the location of yt-dlp.exe if you do not want to place it in the MPC-HC folder.
