• When creating Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice, the authors relied on the experience of neuroscientists and people suffering from mental disorders. You will be plunged into the melancholy rage and frustrated consciousness of the warrior Senua.
• An important component of the game is the heroine's madness: Senua perceives the world around her through the prism of her psychosis. To more accurately convey Senua's condition, the developers hired Cambridge University professor Paul Fletcher as a consultant; For the study, archival materials on psychiatry from the 1960s were used, containing personal experiences of people with the early stages of psychosis. Fletcher's ideas were used to add disturbing and frightening details to the game.
