DESCRIPTION
The town of Bright Falls, nestled among the mountains and forests of the Pacific Northwest, has been rocked by a series of ritual murders. To investigate these terrible crimes, Saga Anderson arrives in the city, an experienced FBI agent with many cases under her belt that were considered unsolved. However, when Anderson finds pages from a horror novel that begins to come to life before her eyes, her case quickly turns into a living nightmare. Alan Wake, a writer trapped in a nightmare beyond our world, writes a dark novel in an attempt to change the reality around him and escape from the dungeon. Fleeing the horror of the darkness that haunts him, Wake tries to maintain his sanity and defeat the devil on his field. Anderson and Wake are two heroes walking different paths in two separate realities, but deep down they are connected by something they themselves cannot understand: their actions and deeds reflect each other... influencing the worlds around them. Drawing on the power of a horror novel, otherworldly forces of darkness enter Bright Falls, poisoning the souls of local residents and threatening the loved ones of Wake and Anderson. Light is the weapon and refuge of those in the fight against darkness. Can Alan and Saga break out of the horror of monsters and victims and become the heroes they are meant to be?
Game Features
Uncover a deadly secret. What started out as a routine investigation in a provincial town quickly turns into a living nightmare. In this psychological horror with a tense atmosphere and unexpected twists, you will find the source of otherworldly darkness.
Play with two characters. Play through the story as Alan Wake and Saga Anderson and watch events unfold from different perspectives. Switch between Anderson, who is trying to complete the investigation that has become a matter of life and death for her, and Wake, who seeks to rewrite the reality around him in order to escape the abyss of the Dark Abode.
Explore two worlds. Explore two simultaneously beautiful and frightening worlds with colorful inhabitants and deadly threats. Enjoy the majestic scenery of Cauldron Lake and the scenic views of Bright Falls and Wateree. And try to escape from the nightmarish Dark Abode, which contrasts starkly with them.
Use light to survive. You are limited in resources and forced to desperately fight against formidable supernatural enemies in close combat. But a pistol alone will not be enough for you to win: in the fight against the forces of darkness, light will become your main weapon and main shelter from hordes of enemies.

Installation/Troubleshooting
Before starting installation, it is recommended to shut down background programs, including antiviruses!
1. Run the installation file setup.exe
2. Install the game.
3. Play.
If you encounter errors when installing my or any other repacks (especially Xdelta or with Unarc.dll), try the following:
• If nothing happens after selecting the installer language, set it in Control Panel → Internet Options (browser) → Security → Other → Launch programs and unsafe files → Enable. [Instructions with pictures]
• Rehash the torrent! - for example, in uTorrent you need to select a game, press stop, right-click and select "Force re-check".
• Make sure that your Windows username does not contain Russian or other non-Latin letters - only Latin letters and numbers are allowed
• Disable the antivirus - it may falsely trigger medication, which will either interrupt the installation of the repack, or simply prevent the game from starting
• Disable UAC - it may block unpacking/building programs inside the installer
• Make sure that the size of your virtual memory (swap file) is no less than the amount of physical memory, or better yet, twice as large.
• Make sure you have enough space on the target hard drive and on the drive containing your Windows temporary files.
• Try to install the game NOT on the C: drive, or vice versa - ON the C: drive, if it is not installed on another - rights in Windows are like that...
• Look to see if there is an unarc.dll file in the Windows system folder (and deeper). If it exists, remove it
• Run the installer with the rights as shown in the picture ("Properties" menu when you right-click on the file):
