Don't we all need some comfort at times? Do you feel sad, lonely, depressed or anxious?
Do feel like life is never going to change? We have all been there.
I am here to comfort and encourage you. In this course, I am going to give you lots of comfort, encouragement and tips for self soothe like journal prompts, mantras and mirror work. It is my goal at the end of this class that you will be able to love and accept yourself just the way you are.
If you are ready to be supported and loved you have come to right place. This is a judgement free zone so be ready to leave all of your negative self talk behind. There will be special material that you can listen to over and over again as much as you need to feel good.
