Hello and Welcome!My name is Benedikt, and I'm a certified personal trainer with the highest possible certification in Germany (A-License), as well as a medical fitness trainer and calisthenics coach. I've lost over 35 kilos, discovered my passion for fitness, and completely transformed my life. Today, I'm a two-time champion of the German Calisthenics League (GCL) and can hold a handstand for up to 2 minutes.But I know exactly what it feels like to be a beginner.
