The C++Builder toolchain for Windows Modern now supports C++ 23.
The C++Builder compiler for Windows 64 has been updated to Clang 20. The new Clang 20-based compiler supports C++23 (and uses C++23 by default). This is a significant update to Embarcadero's Modern C++ toolchain, introduced in RAD Studio 13.x, and a clear commitment to Embarcadero C++Builder.
