Description

In this yoga class, Rosa guides you through a dynamic flowing sequence specifically designed to stimulate blood flow, improve lymphatic drainage, and oxygenate every cell in your body.
Using breathwork, flowing movement, inversions, and targeted twisting poses, you will literally feel the difference as warmth returns to cold hands and feet and energy rises through your whole body. Rosa teaches in plain language with complete step-by-step instructions for every pose, so you always know exactly what to do and why.
Whether you sit at a desk all day, struggle with cold extremities, or want more energy and vitality, this class was made for you. No prior yoga experience needed. All levels welcome.
