Some families do quiet summers. The Jones family does chaos, cake, and questionable life choices.

Pranks are all fun and games until ring pops lead to a very frisky adventure, a future frosting aversion, and a brand new kind of parentally induced trauma I will   never   recover from.

But if there's one thing the Jones family does consistently, it's go big.

Vow renewals. Retirement parties. Welcoming honorary new members into the family. And sometimes, making room for the people who finally find their way back home.

It may be the offseason, but I'm not looking to coast through it.

I have Drew on my side, my family at my back, and for the first time in my life, I know exactly what-and who-I'm playing for.

This time, we're pulling the goalie.

Offseason is a short Jones family novella told from Will and Drew's POV, with plenty of familiar faces from the first and second gen along the way.
