Security of personal information. A distinctive feature of TheBat! - the widest support for authentication and encryption protocols when working with mail servers. The Bat! - one of the most secure email clients, "in service" of many companies for which the protection of private information is a matter of life and death. The latest versions of The Bat! Equipped with smart security buttons that help make user information truly personal. The Bat! reliably protects your mail from system failures due to the possibility of backing up and synchronizing mail, as well as from deliberate corruption of data and leakage of confidential information when sending letters over the Internet. Secure CRAM-MD5 authentication prevents unauthorized users from gaining access to your mail server account.

The use of templates can significantly speed up the preparation of mail, especially when the letter includes standard or frequently repeated text.
Quick templates. Quick templates allow you to automate the process of creating letters and save work time by inserting pre-typed text into the letter. If you have to answer the same questions in emails every day, you will appreciate these templates. In quick templates, as well as in regular templates, a complete set of macros is available, allowing you to set any, even the most complex, sequence of actions.
Mailing lists. The mail filtering system is so powerful that it can be implemented using The Bat! a mailing list where members can add or remove themselves from the list on their own.
Unique parking function. With the help of parking, you can assign a letter to a specific folder and protect it from accidental deletion or movement. You will never lose an important letter if you park it in a suitable folder.
Backup. All program settings, address books and mail folders can be saved in a separate file and then restored from a backup copy in case of unwanted changes in information or data loss. The address book. The address book contains a list of your recipients. You can attach a photo to each address record, specify personal information, information about the place of work, templates for letters to this addressee, a list of subscriber S / MIME certificates, as well as the default encoding. In The Bat! 4.0 and later versions there is a History of addresses option, which allows you to view and quickly find any message from any of the correspondents.
Interface in 12 languages. The Bat! allows you to change the interface language "on the fly" without restarting the program.
Image viewer module. The Bat! equipped with its own image viewer. This means that accessing embedded images is much faster than through an external application.
