This assembly combines 32-bit and 64-bit editions within the framework of a common single distribution. The assembly implemented a number of interesting solutions, thanks to which it was possible to obtain a compact product that combines the capabilities of sixteen official distributions. In this case, the functionality of the operating systems installed from the build-up was not trimmed either to the edge!

The assembly includes 14 Russian and 10 English editions of Windows 14 for a 32-bit (x86) kernel:

Innovations in Windows 10 understandable language:
Returned the "Start" button.
Have slightly changed the design of the Notification Center.
Added personal voice assistant Cortana. You can ask questions by voice and receive voice responses. Since Microsoft regards Russia as a third-class country, Cortana does not work for Russian users and when it does work in Windows 10 it is not known.

InstantGo technology. Supports connection to Microsoft servers even when the screen is off and in standby mode. Allows you to download скачать updates when the device is not used for work.
Secure Boot. Officially stated that Secure Boot is needed to protect against viruses, but everyone knows that Secure Boot is coined to protect against Linux. There is no real benefit, because there are fewer viruses under Windows.
Device Guard. Function for corporate clients. Allows you to control which applications can be run on a device with Windows 10, and which can not. Moreover, it will be possible to solve not only the IT department of the enterprise, but also the Windows store.
Windows Feedback. You can read the complaints of other users on the work of Windows 10 and write your own.
Wi-Fi Sense. Windows 10 will send out your Wi-Fi password on the Skype contact list, Facebook friends list and all the addresses from the email client.

The most interesting innovations in the version of Creators Update:
Paint 3D. Most likely, you are familiar with the standard Windows program for creating simple raster drawings - Paint. So far, it has changed only slightly, but now we are promised a really new product. The main new feature is the ability to work with three-dimensional models, and not just with "flat" drawings. No less important, the editor is still simple and straightforward to manage, so you do not need to be a professional 3D artist.
Autolock the computer when you move away from it. Microsoft is giving more and more attention to the security of your account. With the advent of Windows 8, it became necessary to enter the password each time the computer (laptop, tablet) was turned on, and not so long ago the Windows Hello system appeared, which, if your device has a special infrared camera, unlocks your account when you see your face. But how else can I do this so that the device is also blocked when you are not around? On the timer - not rational, because it will work later or earlier than necessary. Windows Creators Update provides an excellent tool for this. Now the computer can be taught to lock when there is not your smartphone near - it works via Bluetooth. You no longer have to wonder if you pressed Win + L or left the computer unprotected from other people's eyes and fingers.
Built-in service for streaming Beam. Sometimes it's better late than never. The emergence of interest in Microsoft's streaming services, we will be honest, missed. But this does not prevent the corporation from trying to catch up after years. To do this, with the update in Windows 10 will be able to stream games through the integrated Beam service, which the company from Redmond acquired in the middle of last year. The same service will be available in the soonest update of the Xbox One.
Game Mode. Another good news for gamers - a special game mode. In it you will not be distracted from what is happening on the screen completely nothing. Antiviruses, instant messengers and others will sit silently, while you will concentrate to win over virtual enemies. And Windows itself will optimize the tasks so that the game gets the highest priority and, accordingly, maximum access to the resources of the computer.
Picture-in-picture. If streaming entered our life relatively recently, we've heard about the Picture-in-Picture function since time immemorial - it was still on CRT TVs. And, finally, it appeared in Windows. Now, if you feel the potential of Caesar, you can easily put a movie or series on the record, fix the window with the video player "Movies and TV" on top of the others and do other things. Until now, you could only secure windows by using third-party applications.
New privacy settings. The emergence of Windows 10 has generated several scandals around how Microsoft handles your personal data. The media reports that the operating system is sending absolutely everything you type on the keyboard to the Microsoft server, few could leave it quiet. Part of all sorts of "spyware" settings could be turned off without picking the registry, but deactivating the rest was already more difficult. In the Creators Update, you can control what data you want to share with Microsoft, and which ones you prefer to keep secret.
Night mode. This mode is useful to those who work at the computer just before sleep. You may have heard that the blue color of electronic device displays, if used before bedtime, can lead to insomnia. In some smartphones, you can independently adjust the white balance in order to make the image more yellow. Now such a function called Night Light will appear in Windows 10. And it can be configured to turn on at a certain time of day.

At the heart of the build are the Windows 10 distributions laid out on MSDN on October 17, 2017.
At the earliest stage of the installation, there is a pre-boot menu, in which you can select the width of the primary shell, that is, which installer will be used, 32-bit or 64-bit. Thanks to this, you do not have to worry that the 64-bit version of the OS may not be on RAID, and that its users may find themselves without a system recovery service.
From the installation media, the \ Sources \ SXS folder was deleted, in which the files for manual local installation of .NET Framework 3.5 packages and Internet Explorer 11 were packed. But this does not mean that it will be impossible to locally install these packages. The \ Support \ NetFx35 folder contains a compact and easy-to-use .NET Framework 3.5 installer for Windows 10, and in the \ Support \ MsIE11 folder, the Internet Explorer 11 installer.
The assembly includes the activator AAct 3.8.1 Portable from Ratiborus. A shortcut to the activator's executable file under the name "KMS-activation" will be available in the "Start" menu. With this activator, you can activate not only Windows, but also Office 2010/2013/2016 VL.
The Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10 module is integrated into the system recovery service, both from the installation media and into the integrated system itself, which significantly expands the resuscitation capabilities of the system.
Fixed the peculiarity of the Windows 10 installer, because of which in the multilanguage assembly, when starting the installation from under the existing system, there was no choice of the language of the installer interface. In this assembly, such a choice is provided.
At the end of the installation, you will be able to switch the interface language from Russian to English and vice versa by standard Windows 10 tools (except for the Home Single Language edition).
The editor of Home Single Language added a script that allows you to switch the interface language from Russian to English and vice versa without losing the license.
Due to the fact that the assembly is a combined x86-x64-distribution, moreover, having more than one language on board, a number of standard installation options for this assembly are not available. The following installation options are possible: from the installation media as from the boot device in BIOS Legacy mode for both 32-bit and 64-bit OS; from the installation media as from the boot device in EFI / UEFI mode only for 64-bit OS; from under the already existing system in the Custom installation format in BIOS Legacy mode for both 32-bit and 64-bit OS. For the last option to initiate the installation from under the 64-bit OS, it is necessary to start it not through setup.exe in the root of the media, but through setup.exe, which is located in the Sources folder of the distribution. Autorun installation media when running from under the existing OS,
Minor improvements have been made to the installer's interface, fixing the flaws of Microsoft programmers.
